As you can see here, we woke up this morning to a late spring snow storm. We had about an inch of snow on our deck by the time I left for work. The trees and shrubs were perhaps the most surprised. With all their nice big blossoms and new leaves, the snow collected easily on them. I ran out to try to shake some of the snow off our largest tree before I left, fearing the weight may break some branches. Of course the snow is all melted now, and it looks nothing broke. Cross our fingers…
Kellie went out and tried to cover the tomatoes to keep them from freezing. It was a sloppy mess, and our neighbors got a good laugh watching her. They were hoping I caught her in a photo…
